Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Manage Plan". Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
We offer refunds within 7 days of a new subscription if you haven't accessed more than 5 books. Email adminveluneapp@gmail.com with your reference number.

Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack (Nigeria) or Stripe (global) — we never store your card details on our servers. Both providers are PCI-DSS compliant.
Each account is for one person. However, you can use parental controls in Settings to create a safe reading environment for younger readers on the same device.
